Housekeeping Supervisor Full Time NEW

The Falls Family Lodge Hotel is located at 5612 Ellen Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2G 7V5. The hotel has been operating since April 2016 and is in the heart of Niagara Falls, close to all Clifton Hill and all the main attractions.
The hotel is seeking to hire a Housekeeper Supervisor. This is a full time, permanent position for 32-40 hours per week. The wage is $36.00 per hour. Completion of secondary school is required. Minimum one year work experience.

Job duties are listed below:
• Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments
• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitors
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
• May perform certain cleaning duties.
• Hire and train cleaning staff
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
