Job Duties:
• Lead and supervise staff, assigning daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching for continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory by ordering products, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring product quality.
• Oversee the creation of engaging product displays aligned with weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Uphold the store’s visual standards by maintaining clean, organized displays and ensuring accurate signage.
• Review incoming orders for accuracy, correct pricing, and proper documentation.
• Handle online credit claims for damaged or missing items, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with File Maintenance to input new products into the system and ensure accurate sale tags are available.
• Stock products according to rotation guidelines and ensure shelves are properly faced.
• Maintain a clean, organized department, including both the sales floor and back warehouse.
• Engage with customers, answering inquiries and identifying potential new products based on feedback.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience and swift issue resolution.
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time (40 hours/week)

Wage/Salary: $21.00/hour – $24.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Experience: 1 year experience
Language of Work: English (Bilingual – French/English is an asset)
Transportation: Fresh Market Foods will pay for the one-time round-trip transportation costs of the successful candidate to our location and back to the successful candidates permanent residence at the end of the applicable work period.
