Job Duties: 
1.Clear debris and obstacles from the fields, irrigate soils;
2.Harvest and pick vegetables and conduct product quality check;
3.Assist in maintaining harvesting equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality;
4.Dig and plant seeds, or transplant seedlings;
5.Weigh and sort vegetables by size, weight, and category;
6.Record crops information, including picking dates, categories, yields, and other notes;
7.Package and load agricultural products for shipment;
8.Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after harvesting, dispose of waste materials in an environmentally friendly manner.
