Food Service Supervisor Full Time NEW

Peace Garden Restaurant located at 10016 100 St in Peace River, AB is looking for a full time permanent Food Service Supervisor $18.50/hour – no benefits.

Duties:
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Requisition food and kitchen supplies, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff, Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Establish work schedules

Applicants must have completion of high school along with 12 months experience. All applicants must be able to read and speak English.
