Tasks:
Stringing-putting 1 fish at a time on a cane until we have 18 fish on the cane
Cane holder – stacking canes into a cane holder
Cleaning – sweeping the floor to pick the fish debris in our wet or dry area
Fires – bringing 5 pieces of wood at a designated area in the smoke house
Sawdust – to shovel sawdust in a crate
Boxes – build boxes using a small nailer gun
Packing – to put one cane of fish containing 18 fish in the box until we reach 5 canes
Cleaning outside – tidying our grounds and around the building
Summertime:
Wash our xactic tubs with a pressure washer
Painting the inside of building-bottom of wall
Washing the bathrooms, and the lunchroom
Cleaning our machinery once our season is over
Smokehouse: Scarp the floor of the smokehouse
