Duties
Assist with planting and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors and other heavy equipment
Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks such as repairing building structures
Conduct general farm maintenance including cleaning, repairs, and equipment checks
Assist with soil preparation, fertilization, and pest control measures
Lift heavy loads of supplies or harvested crops safely and efficiently
Support the overall organization of farm activities to ensure smooth daily operations
