Farm Supervisor Full Time NEW

Hillcrest Enterprises Ltd. is looking to hire a Farm Supervisor in permanent, full-time
position on our farm located in Coronach, Saskatchewan. (Expected start date: April 30,
2026).
Job duties Include:

Co-Ordinate, schedule and supervise the work of general farm workers, harvesting
labourers and livestock workers.
Supervise and oversee breeding, feeding, movement, health and wellbeing of cattle and all
livestock related operations. Supervise and oversee and all preparation, growing and
harvest of crops and crop-related operations.Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment as needed.
Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
Ensure farm safety and bio-security protocols are followed.
Maintain quality control and production records and logs. May perform general farm duties
as and when required.
Wage: $32/hr (between 30 -40 hours per week)
Benefits: None at this time. (No overtime. Holiday pay as per SK Employment Standards for
Agricultural workers).
Previous grain farming and cattle handling experience – 2 years.
Ability to communicate in English preferred.
