We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Extended Reality (XR) and Structural Supervisor* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced structural systems, proficiency in cutting-edge visualization software, and the ability to work with both 3D modeling and material takeoff processes. This role requires an individual who is not only technically proficient but also has the leadership qualities to supervise complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Proficiency:
– Utilize the LBX platform and Unreal Engine for project management, live modeling, and visualization tasks.
– Employ advanced visualization tools, including Twinmotion and Autodesk XR, to enhance project presentations and client interactions.
Structural System Expertise:
– Demonstrate a strong understanding of post-tension structural systems, with specific expertise in the British CCL system.
Material Takeoff and Clash Detection:
– Conduct material takeoff, clash detection, scheduling, and cost estimation in live models using Autodesk XR.
– Ensure project accuracy and efficiency through meticulous data extraction and analysis.
Supervisory Role:
– Oversee extended reality (XR), material takeoff, and structural project processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in LBX platform, Unreal Engine, and advanced Autodesk software, including Revit and Navisworks.
– In-depth knowledge of the British CCL post-tension system.
– Strong visualization skills using Twinmotion and Autodesk XR.
– Ability to manage and supervise complex structural projects.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Have at least three years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project completion.
– College Diploma or similar in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
