The Executive Director is responsible for the oversight of a multi-faceted team of employees who are tasked with the work essential to reach a self-government agreement through the BC treaty negotiation process on behalf of the communities of Texelc (Williams Lake), Xatśūll (Soda Creek/Deep Creek) Tsq̓éscen̓ (Canim Lake) and Stswecemc/Xget’tem (CanoeCreek/Dog Creek). In addition, they will also have direct supervision of the Aboriginal Victims Services and NSTC fisheries programs, as well as administration and finance departments. Experience and a strong skill set in Indigenous governance and managing change would be an asset.
