What You’ll Do
Lead financial operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and reporting
Deliver accurate financial reports to senior leadership
Oversee budgets, audits, and compliance with financial policies
Strengthen internal controls and support financial certification goals
Mentor and support finance team members
What We’re Looking For
CPA designation (Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant required)
At least 2 years of finance team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Sage 300 and Microsoft Excel
Experience with audits, budgeting, and funding agreements
