What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience, the Digital Insights Manager will help support delivery and maintenance of our suite of digital marketing tools to help evolve Fidelity’s digital offerings and campaigns to better serve our customers. As a key member of the Digital Experience team, the Digital Insights Manager will strive to continuously improve our Martech capabilities by deploying solutions that enhance the customer experience and grow the business across all digital channels, ultimately driving up customer engagement and revenue. This role provides strategic leadership and operational support for offerings to and optimization of marketing campaigns and the marketing tech stack. The objectives are to drive sales, mitigate redemptions, and successfully promote awareness of Fidelity’s brands, products, and services.
Analyzing campaign performance and data across multiple channels and our websites throughout the organization.
Build tracking and reporting capabilities and processes across digital marketing on site/app, and external channels including paid search, paid meta, social, programmatic email, and organic media
Create first party audiences across campaigns to drive campaign optimization and media efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to create, standardize, interpret and communicate measurement plans, dashboards, reports and visualizations that can used across teams to monitor, inform, and quantify
Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, evaluate, optimize impactful A/B and multivariate tests from inception to interpretation, and recommendations using statistical models to evaluate outcomes
Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to influence digital strategy.
Guiding the development of new digital experiences and products
Identifying trends in a timely matter to be a step ahead of competitors
Partner closely with business leaders and other teams including technology teams, analytics, advertising, info security, compliance, and legal teams
End-to-end campaign execution and support using data-driven approaches to drive lead generation and driving advertising efficiency
Advising and assisting Marketing teams on automation, digital execution, and A.I.-related projects. Working with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems
Conducting ongoing research into digital trends in the industry to ensure Fidelity Canada is pursuing a market-leading digital strategy. Bring a wide range of varied digital marketing expertise to all projects.
What We’re Looking For
Completed University Degree, preferably with a focus on technology, analytics, Marketing, or equivalent experience
5+ years of demonstrated experience in a digital insights, digital analytics, or data science role
Experience in Adobe analytics, Target and Adobe Experience Platform
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques, best practices and tools (i.e., Optimizely, Adobe Target)
Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Google Data Studio
Robust analytical and excel skills; Familiarity with SQL is an asset
Experience with tag management platforms, such as Ensighten and Adobe launch is an asset
Experience/ basic knowledge of Decibel, Medallia, Salesforce, Snowflake and Marketo is an asset
The Skills You Bring
Certifications in Adobe analytics, Target, CDPs or Audience Manager is an asset
Deep understanding of digital analytics, web testing and personalization scape
Understanding of digital marketing and advertising landscape
Understanding of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data landscape and how it can drive marketing strategy.
Understanding and experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO & SEM, personalization, targeting, and segmentation
Knowledge of Project management, planning, testing and organizational skills is a preferred
Experience working with data layers, analytics and data architecture is preferred
Previous experience in digital implementation projects and managing Martech integrations.
Familiarity of big data environments, databases, JSON objects, Java script and regular expression is a asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex information in understandable way to all levels of the organization
