Job Summary:
The Driver/Labourer will oversee all camp vehicles and equipment (vans, skid steer and other vehicles borrowed from other departments). Driving duties are performed as required, and always in strict adherence to site-specific safety protocols, road conditions, and mine traffic regulations.
This dual role ensures a secure, comfortable, and compliant workplace. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, a strong safety focus, and be able to work independently at remote sites. Strict compliance with site safety protocols—WHMIS, hazard assessments, PPE, safe work procedures – is mandatory. Participation in toolbox talks and JSAs is required.
