Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for service scheduling and updates.
Coordination & Follow-Up: Work with subcontractors and field technicians to maintain schedules and follow up on work orders.
Administrative Support: Assist the Plumbing Manager with technician time cards, weekly reports, and service records.
Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate service activity logs and generate internal/client reports.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
