General Helper/Porter Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Helper/Porter to join our team in at the University of Toronto Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with various tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within our facility.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting in assigned areas
• Assist with moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures
• Deliver Food Product across multiple locations on campus
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report any issues or repairs needed
• Help with loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with weekly inventory counts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures
