What’s the Xcelerated Operational Excellence Program All About?
Launch your career in facilities management through a dynamic, fast-track development program designed to build your leadership, operational, and client management skills. As an Account Director in Training, you’ll progress toward leading a single account while gaining hands-on experience through 3–5 months of rotations across Petawawa, Ottawa, and Kingston. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders, building the expertise needed to succeed in diverse environments.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
Reporting to the District Manager or Area Manager, the Account Director/Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across a single account or a portfolio of commercial janitorial and facilities management contracts within private, government and/or public sector environments.
The Account Director in Training is a visible, inclusive, and strategic leader accountable for service delivery excellence, client relationship management, financial performance, labour relations, workforce planning, and employee engagement . The role ensures contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and long-term account growth while fostering strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
