Demolition Worker (NOC 75110)
1 Permanent – Full-time Position

Wage:
$25.00 per hour (full-time position – 40 hours per week)

Location of Work:
London, ON
and various sites across the province of Ontario

Job Description:

• Prepare sites by removing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring secure work areas
• Assist in demolition of buildings and structures, removing walls, flooring, and other components using tools and manual methods
• Load, unload, transport, sort, and dispose of construction materials such as wood, concrete, and metal
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear, especially when handling hazardous materials such as asbestos and mold
• Operate, clean, and maintain demolition equipment and tools
• Comply with site safety protocols and assist with on-site hazard management
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors

Job Requirements
– High school education or equivalent experience
– 2 or 3 years of experience in demolition or construction preferred
– Experience with Jackhammers and Sledgehammer
– Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
– WHMIS, Working at Heights, 4-Step Safety Awareness, and Asbestos Awareness training (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
