Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
– Clean kitchen and work areas;
– Manage kitchen operations;
– Conduct quality control;
– Food safety/handling skills;
– Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards;
– Store beverage and food products;
– Maintain work areas.
Requirement:
1. Education requirement: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
2. Working experience: 3-5 year relevant working experience
3. Certificate: Food Safety Certificate
