Responsibilities
Tasks
Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes with precision, consistency, and adherence to established recipes.
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, rotation, and handling of ingredients.
Assist with daily prep, including broths, proteins, herbs, sauces, and garnishes.
Support kitchen workflow by coordinating with other team members to ensure timely service.
Help with cleaning and restocking to maintain an efficient, organized kitchen environment.
Contribute to menu refinement by providing insight into traditional techniques and regional variations.
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Oversee station organization to maintain speed, cleanliness, and precision during peak hours.
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
Assist with managing kitchen operations.
