We are looking for a Cook to join Mrs P’s team. You will need to prepare meals according to our recipes and guidelines, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection. Your expertise in food safety and handling will be crucial in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Reponsibilities:
1. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping fruits and vegetables, and cutting meat.
2. Cook menu items and Take and Bake meals in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
3. Prepare a variety of frozen meals according to wholesale customers’s orders and store display.
4. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
5. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
6. Clean and maintain workstations before, during, and after each shift.
7. Ensure that food storage areas are organized and fully stocked.
8. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
9. Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare new menu items.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.
2. Familiarity with food safety regulations.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent ability to work as part of a team & you prefer to be busy at work.
