Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls with professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call when possible; research necessary information using provided resources as needed. Requirements and Skills:
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centres.
