Our service covers the interior design for residential and commercial buildings, as well as the complete construction drawings. We offer a fully customized experience for clients with personalized options to satisfy their requirements.
As our business grows, we need to expand the current team and start looking for a new construction labourer who is experienced in carrying out physically demanding tasks on a construction site.
Job Duties:
1.Able to use hand and power tools, and operate construction machines such as forklifts, mixers and pumps.
2.Perform manual work and handle equipment including jackhammers, rammers, drills, and measuring equipment.
3.Load and unload trucks with materials, supplies and equipment, as well as distributing construction materials to designated locations.
4.Assemble or dismantle building support work such as concrete framework, scaffolding, walkways, and barricades, trenching.
5.Participate in the installation of interior fixtures of doors, windows, cabinets, etc.
6.Assist specialists in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, or drywall activities.
7.Work with other crew members to complete projects or tasks in the field.
8.Follow the foreman’s orders on-site and carry out assigned tasks with or without supervision.
9.Serve as the traffic control personnel to direct traffic at or near construction sites.
10.Clean up the leftover raw building material and other containment or hazardous content.
11.Conduct activities in alignment with company health and safety policies, procedures, regulations and legislations.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma preferred.
2.Former experience as a construction labourer is highly preferred.
3.In good physical condition and exhibit a positive work attitude.
4.Possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexible and reliable.
5.Should have a solid grasp on safety procedures and best practices.
6.Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
