Responsibilities
Tasks
• Open moulds first thing in the morning from the previous day pour
• Remove product from moulds using overhead crane
• Remove product from inside the plant to outside using forklift
• Clean and inspect moulds before preparing them for the pour
• Once quality control is met, oil and close moulds
• Start concrete mixer ensuring adequate aggregates are in place
• Once concrete is ready, pour in moulds, vibrate, trowel, place hooks on retaining wall blocks so we’re able to remove them from the mould once cured, rebar placed for septic tanks and barriers in the moulds
• Wash mixer, concrete bucket and hand tools

Salary: $24 to $30 / hour
