Job Description:
Atlas Trailer Coach Products is seeking a Computer Network and Systems Technician to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable system performance, network security, and ongoing technical support throughout the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining network operations, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting internal users and business-critical applications.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Internet connectivity, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and related network infrastructure.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments, email systems (Exchange), and remote access systems
• Install, configure, evaluate, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency
• Manage user access, permissions, and system security protocols
• Perform data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations
• Support and troubleshoot ERP systems, databases, and internal business applications
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and support services
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and asset management records
• Provide technical support to internal users and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine system testing and implement security and quality control procedures
• Perform basic shell scripting or other automation tasks to support network and system administration
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Employment requirements:
• Completion of a college diploma or university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in network administration or IT systems support
• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Experience managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Experience supporting databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Amazon S3, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with ERP systems and web-based platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, cloud storage, or web technologies (HTML/CSS, etc.)
