Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, wash, and shine floors
• Dust furnishings, light fixtures, windowsills, and other dust-collecting surfaces
• Use wet or dry vacuum for carpets, area rugs, curtains, and upholstered furniture
• Clean and tidy up cupboards, and tables
• Make beds and replace sheets
• Clean, wash and/or scour sinks, toilets, tiles, floors in the kitchen and bathroom
• Clean, sanitize, and polish appliances
• Refill soap and paper dispensers.
• Sanitize operating rooms and other spaces
• Manage and report lost and found items
• Offer basic information about facilities
• Collect debris and empty trash bins
• Carry out light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
• Wash windows, clean window screens, walls, and ceilings
• Respond to customers’ complaints or issues

Qualifications:
• 7 months to 1 year experience as Cleaner
• Secondary (High) School Graduate
• Physical ability to lift UP to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights
• Willing to work at various locations in Thompson, Manitoba
• Must have own Steel-toed safety boots
