Child caregiver – private home Full Time

We are looking for a full-time caregiver for our two children — ages 2 and 6 years old. The primary work location is in Niagara-on-the-Lake, but we travel weekly to our second home in Toronto, and require a caregiver who will transit back and forth with us when we do so. N.B.: we do not eat or cook any animal based products nor allow any in our home.

Job duties are as follows:

Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Shop for food and household supplies
Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Prepare infants and children for rest periods
Supervise and care for children
Tend to emotional well-being of children
