As CEO, you will be at the helm of our organization, responsible for shaping our strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth and profitability
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of excellence
• Strengthen relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in product development
• Ensure operational efficiency and sustainability across all aspects of the business
• Allocate resources (including financial, human, etc.) to implement organizational strategies and policies
• Establish and implement financial and administrative controls
• Formulate marketing and promotional campaigns
• Lead strategic product development and management
• Represent the company in official functions and generally

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of post-secondary education
• No less than five (5) years in an executive level position
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the health and wellness industry
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health and wellness and a commitment to quality
• Keen understanding of logistics, sales, and customer service
• Attention to detail
