Make It Modern Framing and Renovations Inc. is looking to hire individuals to fill their available position of Carpenter.

Location: Haute-Aboujagane, NB, E4P 5N9
Salary: $24.00 / hour

Job requirements:
Languages: English or French
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in residential carpentry, framing, and/or renovations

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Various locations

Work site environment: At heights

Responsibilities
Tasks:
Perform residential framing for new home construction and additions.
Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and building plans.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install lumber and other building materials.
Complete renovations, repairs, and alterations to existing residential properties.
Install doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components as required.
Build and install walls, floors, roof structures, and other framing components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
Work collaboratively with other trades, subcontractors, and team members.
Follow project schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Identify and communicate construction issues or material requirements to the supervisor.
