Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on-site
Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, siding, concrete forms, and framing components
Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, smoothing, and sealing concrete surfaces
Use hand tools and woodworking techniques to shape materials according to project specifications
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces
Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for material movement and site preparation
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times
Capable of Managing the work site as supervisor and scheudling crew work schedule.
Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with a strong understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks
Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, and woodworking techniques
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
Knowledge of siding installation and restoration methods is a plus
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid experience in using construction schematics and technical drawings effectively

Pay: $37.00-$41.50 per hour
