The role of Cafe Manager is an essential part of our business in all of our locations. In your role you will work closely with the company owner and leadership team in guiding staff in efficient and successful daily operations of your location.
Whilst providing a positive and inclusive environment for customers and staff, ensuring the security, success of the employees and the premises, whilst creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. As manager, you are accountable for providing quality service and product in a safe and clean environment, adhering to set budgets and being proactive in store needs. Focus is placed on adhering to Food Safe, WorkSafe, LCRB (BC Liquor) laws and regulations and company Employee Handbook practices. Consistently delivering and role modelling the highest standard of customer experience, maintaining a quality offering to guests and being accountable for store operations.
The Cafe Manager is tasked with working with their team to achieve daily success, this requires a full understanding and practical knowledge of all roles and responsibilities within their store.
The manager must always be striving to deliver the best customer and employee experience whilst anticipating what is best for the store.
Ongoing training and development will enable the manager to achieve growth and success.
The Cafe Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
