About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Business Development Coordinator to support organizational growth through partnerships and community engagement. The ideal candidate will confidently represent the organization and build strong relationships with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain partnerships with businesses and community organizations
• Represent the organization at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
• Conduct market research and manage leads using CRM systems
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in business development or sales is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation
• Salary: $40,000 – $54,000 annually
• Performance-based commission offered on a case-by-case basis with strong earning potential
