Main duties and responsibilities
● Responsible for transporting peat from the field to the plant with a loader, a tractor or a truck.
● Feed the plant with field peat and respect the established delays.
● Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of your equipment.
● Comply with current health and safety standards.
Job Requirements and Working Conditions
● The candidate must hold at minimum a high school diploma.
● The candidate must hold a Class 1E driver’s licence,
● The candidate must have at least 5 year of experience in a similar role.
● The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English;
● The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.
Employment status: Permanent, full time (36 to 48 hours per week)
A rate of 1.5 times the base salary will be applied after 40 hours.
Wage offered: $22.52/hr
