BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER(CONCIERGE D’IMMEUBLE) Full Time

Entretien Cleannet Inc, a prominent company in the cleaning service sector, requires a general maintenance(concierge d’immeuble) to oversee maintenance work(mostly electrical related) in the company’s warehouse. Duties include minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, and electrical systems of the warehouse and have 1 year experience with forklifts. Organize the warehouse and inventory control and customer orders. Occasionally doing touch ups and painting sections of the property that are in need of restoration and repair. Outsourcing more complicated duties and reporting back with costs and budget estimates to the owner. Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) and be agile physically to move objects that sometimes might be heavy, if needed. Has Initiative and is reliable and punctual. Requires someone with at least 5 years experience in the field as a maintenance worker or concierge. Salary is 34,70$ per hour for a 35 hour 5 day work week(schedule between 9am and 5pm). Benefits include group insurance. This is a permanent position if employment is suited for both parties. Immediate start date (flexible for the right candidate). English or French conversational is required and at least a high school degree. References are mandatory.
