Boucher Bros Lumber Ltd is looking for full time permanent Building Maintenance Worker $26.00/hour – No Benefits

Site Location: 81442 RR212 Sunrise County Secondary 683

Duties:
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty trash cans and other waste containers, Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs, Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Work with minimal supervision

Applicants must have completion of high school, no experience necessary, applicants must read and speak English
