Job Description:
Oakdale Child and Family Service Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Calculate and prepare payroll and related records
Maintain financial records and balance accounts using bookkeeping systems
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
Prepare trial balances and financial reports
Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
College diploma in accounting/bookkeeping or equivalent experience
1 year to less than 2 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
English language proficiency required
