One (1) Commercial Installer needed in Toronto, Ontario

Job Summary:
The Commercial Installer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of commercial systems and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure commercial equipment and systems according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Work with project managers and engineers to review blueprints and installation instructions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper placement and operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of installation procedures, materials used, and project timelines.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment functionality and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve installation efficiency.
• Communicate with clients professionally and clearly to understand their needs and address concerns.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or above; technical certifications or relevant training preferred.
• Proven experience as a commercial installer
• Strong understanding of installation techniques and equipment used in commercial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools required for installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or after hours as needed.

Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: $26.50 per hour; 40 hours per week
