Job duties:
• Prepare authentic Egyptian bread and pastries
• Mix and prepare ingredients for dough, prepare batters for sweets and desserts
• Prepare dough for assembly and baking, including kneading, stretching and forming each pita by hand, to ensure perfect shape
• Operate mixing and baking machinery
• Oversee and supervise baking personnel

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years or more of experience in Egyptian artisanal baking;
• Manage the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies;
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff; train staff; and organize and maintain inventory.
