We are seeking a permanent full-time professional Baker to join our dynamic team. If you are a passionate and experienced baker, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare delicious dough for various recipes including bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, biscotti, and other sweet treats.
• Keep a close eye on oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistently high-quality baked goods.
• Make sure ingredients are accurately scaled and weighed for each recipe.
• Check the quality of ingredients and finished products to maintain our high standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients with care to meet food safety and quality requirements.
• Use mixers, blenders, and other equipment properly to create our delectable baked goods.
• Work together with the team to plan our daily baking schedule and provide support and guidance.
• Help out with keeping track of inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Keep organized records related to inventory and assist with managing our production
• Share your creative ideas for new and exciting baked goods to add to our menu
• Keep our baking area clean and tidy, including regular cleaning of equipment.

Employment Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial bakery or completion of some college or
other program for bakers
• Familiar with operating baking machinery and using chemical cleaning products
• Ability to safely operate standard foodservice equipment
