RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepare production and other reports to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals
-Supervise workers and projects, communicating production priorities by leading daily meetings
-Co-ordinate and schedule activities
-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Recommend personnel actions
-Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
-Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
-Plan and maintain production schedules
-Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery of the vehicle to customer
-Prepare payroll
QUALIFICATIONS
-High School Diploma is required
– Minimum one year of customer service experience required
– Minimum six months’ experience managing in fast-paced environments, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
– Minimum of six months’ leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
– Must be able to motivate others by utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
– Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, is required
– Must have comprehensive knowledge of vehicle repair practices demonstrated through at least one year of experience in a relevant context
– Ability to interpret work scope from vehicle estimates or work orders is required
– Must be able to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50 lbs of matierals
– Must have a valid G-Driver’s License
