Job Description

Duties:

Inspect and test units such as engines, transmission, axles and brake systems to locate faults and malfunctions.

Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems including fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, emission control and exhaust using hand tools and automotive repair equipment.

Adjust units to specifications for proper performance.

Maintains records of work performed.

Complete reports to record problems.

Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements

Perform other related duties as required

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience is required
