Tim Hortons- Tim Hortons is a quick service food and bakery restaurant
An Assistant Manager will work directly with the Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. In addition to directly supervising employees, utilizing Tim Hortons set standards and procedures, the successful candidate will be taught to place all weekly food orders, assist in hiring counter and bakery staff, training and development of new employees, monitoring food safety standards & assisting in weekly employee scheduling. Candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to encourage a Team environment and effectively coach employees throughout a fast pace environment. Candidate should possess a positive attitude with the ability to actively create & participate in developing challenges and rewarding employees who excel at their job. Candidate must have previous fast-food experience or Supervisory experience with the ability to effectively assist the Store Manager in leading management meetings and vocalizing ideas to the Management team. Candidate must also be comfortable with enforcing restaurant policies & possess the ability to speak directly to employees on their performance & areas of improvement, comfortably.
Completion / Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe) & First Aid.
Successful candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule that runs opposite to the Store Manager and be reliable.
