Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans
• Assist in design development for custom residential projects
• Work with architects, designers, and project teams
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and regulations
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
• Use industry software to create accurate 2D/3D models
Requirements
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM software
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• English language proficiency
