We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Haider Logistics Inc. The Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, coordinating office activities, and maintaining efficient administrative processes across the organization.
Following are the responsibilities and Requirements of the Job position:
1. Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Perform data entry
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
2. Requirements:
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years

Urban Area
On-Site work in fast paced environment
Required languages: English
Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Required skills: Administrative Skills, Basic Technology knowledge including MS Office, Electronic mail, etc. Attention to detail, Excellent oral communication, Ability to multitask.
