Duties:
• Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures and workflows, evaluating and implementing new procedures
• Establishing administrative priorities, delegating work to support staff, and ensuring deadlines are met and procedures and service standards are followed
• Managing administrative processes related to both finance and guest services ensuring operational efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and applicable privacy regulations, overseeing the secure handling, storage and release of guest information and hotel records
• Coordinating and managing hotel support services, including scheduling, office space allocation and equipment procurement
• Analyzing and overseeing administrative functions related to budgeting, vendor contracts, and project planning
• Assisting in budgetary preparation, cash flow balances, daily sales reports, preparing invoices for payment and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
• Organizing operational data and preparing routine and special reports and standard administrative operating procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• 1+ year of experience in an office administration position is required
• 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
