The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Battlefords Treatment Centre and providing clinical supervision to the Addictions Counsellors. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe addiction treatment services, while supporting staff development, client programming, and organizational protocols.
Key responsibilities include supervising clinical activities, managing client treatment planning, ensuring adherence to policy and ethical standards, and fostering a supportive environment for clients’ spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The Site Manager plays a vital role in maintaining program integrity, participating in the accreditation process, and managing staff schedules, documentation, and professional development.
Previous experience in addictions counselling is a strong asset. Indigenous cultural knowledge and lived experience are highly valued, as they contribute to creating a culturally grounded and respectful healing space.
