Accounting Bookkeeper – 12200 Full Time NEW

Ardent Immigration Inc., located in Calgary, Alberta, requires an experienced Accounting bookkeeper. Ardent Immigration Inc., provides reliable immigration consultancy services to clients from different countries to accomplish their migration goals to Canada.

Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years;

Experience and Skills Required: At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in the Accounting and/or Finance field.

Knowledge and experience in using MS Office, and different types of accounting software (such as Quick Books, Simply Accounting, etc.) and related bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.

Job Duties: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll; Calculate fixed assets and depreciation; Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems; Maintain general ledgers and financial statements; Post journal entries; Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports; Prepare tax returns; Prepare trial balance of books; Reconcile accounts;

Wages: Starting at $36.00 per hour; working 35 hours per week (day time)
