About the Role

Logistics Coordinators plan and organize the movement of goods. You will schedule shipments, track orders, communicate with carriers and help keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedule pickups and deliveries

• Track shipments and update customers or internal teams

• Coordinate with carriers, dispatch and warehouse teams

• Maintain shipping records and transport documents

• Support problem-solving when delays or issues occur

• Help optimize routes and reduce costs

Qualifications & Requirements

• College diploma in supply chain, business or logistics (asset)

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with MS Office or transportation software

• Customer service mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Wage Range Estimate (Ontario)

• Low: $23.00 / hour

• Median: $28.00 / hour

• High: $34.00 / hour
