Logistics Coordinators plan and organize the movement of goods. You will schedule shipments, track orders, communicate with carriers and help keep the supply chain running smoothly.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule pickups and deliveries
Track shipments and update customers or internal teams
Coordinate with carriers, dispatch and warehouse teams
Maintain shipping records and transport documents
Support problem-solving when delays or issues occur
Help optimize routes and reduce costs
Qualifications & Requirements
College diploma in supply chain, business or logistics (asset)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Familiarity with MS Office or transportation software
