You will analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve throughput. You work cross-functionally to implement better practices and tools.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Collect and analyze production, quality, and cost data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
Map “as-is” and “future-state” workflows, value streams, and process flows
Recommend and lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
Develop metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and control plans
Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and team meetings
Pilot new process changes, assess results, and scale successful solutions
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
Document new procedures and train staff as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement (Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar) preferred
