Job Description:
As an Office Manager at GO Pro Shine Autobody Ltd., you will oversee the administrative procedures and operations of our autobody workshop. Your main responsibilities include:
•Coordinating office and workshop activities to ensure efficient operations in line with ICBC guidelines for damaged vehicles.
•Overseeing timely arrival of auto body parts and vehicle pick-ups by customers.
•Streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency, establishing work priorities, and meet established service standards.
•Managing communications with ICBC for approvals related to labour, parts, and rentals.
•Handling administrative duties such as sending KPI reports to ICBC.
•Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory.
•Managing vendor relationships and ensuring they are ICBC-approved.
•Receiving and approving quotes in alignment with annual budgets.
•Scheduling team tasks and customer inflows, including estimate timings and service completions to ensure manpower is aligned and service standards are maintained.
Experience:
•A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in management is required.
•Familiarity with Mitchell Connect software is an asset.
