• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Monitor staff performance
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Control inventory
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Job Requirements
• Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
• English language skills
• Minimum secondary school
