The Learning Specialist collaborates with the business to manage the delivery and execution of talent & learning development programs across Seaspan, that create high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes. Key to this role is ensuring internal client partners are provided with quality programming and training development support to their business. The position works collaboratively with other HR partners to ensure the employee experience as it relates to talent programs is delivered efficiently, with excellence, and with standard methodologies’ top of mind.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

The estimated salary for this position is $81,000 – $99,000. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
